Ordering
How do I place an order? Add items to your cart from the apothecary, review the cart drawer, and check out with M-Pesa or a Visa/Mastercard card. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Can I change or cancel an order? Yes, within one hour of placing it. Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust the order before it's packed.
Do you sell wholesale or to spas and retreats? We do. Send an enquiry to trade@baohealth.co.ke with your business name and monthly volume estimate.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship? Nationwide in Kenya, and by request across East Africa. International courier is available on enquiry.
How long will my order take? Nairobi orders arrive next working day. Rest of Kenya is 2-4 working days depending on your county. Full timelines live on our shipping page.
How much is shipping? Courier charges depend on your location and are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product? Yes, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened items can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect. See our refund policy for details.
What if my parcel arrives damaged? Photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours and send them to baohealthglobal@gmail.com. We'll dispatch a replacement free of charge.
Products & ingredients
Are your products certified organic? Every carrier oil, essential oil, and powder in our range is wild-harvested or cold-pressed from certified organic material. Certificates are available on request for wholesale buyers.
How should I store my oils? Away from direct sun, ideally below 25°C. Amber-glass bottles keep our oils stable for 12-18 months from the batch date printed on the label.
Are essential oils safe on skin? Undiluted essential oils are potent. Always dilute in a carrier oil (we recommend baobab or macadamia) and patch-test on the inner forearm for 24 hours. Read our usage & ritual guide for dilution ratios.
