Bao Health is a Kenyan-registered wellness company based in Nairobi. We sell superfood powders, cold-pressed carrier oils, and steam-distilled essential oils sourced from cooperatives across the Kenyan savannah.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Once we confirm dispatch, a contract is formed.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock or has been mispriced.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at checkout are the ones you pay.

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

We deliver Kenya-wide through our courier partners.

• Nairobi orders arrive within 1-2 working days.
• Upcountry orders arrive within 3-5 working days.
• Courier charges are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

Our products are wellness botanicals, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Nairobi.
