Delivery zones & timelines
- Nairobi metro, same-day if ordered before 11am EAT, otherwise next working day.
- Rest of Kenya, 2 to 4 working days by Fargo Courier or G4S doorstep.
- East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda), 5 to 8 working days, quoted per order.
- International, DHL Express, 6 to 12 working days, quoted per order on request to baohealthglobal@gmail.com.
Shipping costs
Courier charges within Kenya depend on your delivery location and are confirmed with you before dispatch. Bulky wholesale orders are quoted separately.
East African and international shipping is priced at cost by the courier and confirmed with you before dispatch.
Packaging
Every order ships in kraft-board boxes with recycled shredded paper for cushioning. Oils travel in amber glass sealed with a tamper-evident band. If a bottle arrives compromised, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.
Tracking your parcel
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop. You can also enter your order number on our track order page for a status summary.

Missed deliveries
Our couriers attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel is held at the nearest depot for 5 working days. After that, it returns to our workshop and re-shipping is quoted at the standard rate.
